Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation technique that releases healing potential of the body by removing the mind as if sleeping.

It allows the body to deeply restore itself by balancing excess stress. It combines the benefits of Meditation, Relaxation and Intention.

It is accessible to anyone. You can’t do it wrong!!! The hardest thing you will have to do is try not to fall asleep! (Even if you do, you will still receive many of the benefits)
